Facilities Support Service
- Manage the movable property, real estate and the fleet of vehicles that are in the Agency's possession or placed at the disposal of the Agency, and ensure and coordinates property management processes;
- Ensure the operation, maintenance and upkeep of energy and communication systems and equipment;
- Organise and ensure the cleaning and improvement of premises and grounds;
- Organise and carry out the acquisition, maintenance and repair of materials, equipment, furniture and inventory.
